One on One Surgical Observation Course

Cost: 1095.00 per doctor.  Patient Fees are separate and paid prior to scheduling.

 

Schedule:

 

Prerequisites: No course requirements. Fully completed patient requirements (see below).


Requirements: State Board Dental License.
 

 

     
 

Implants

    

Participant doctors are encouraged to sign up and bring one of your patients and experience the thrill of being a part of the entire process from start to finish on your own patient. Inquire about fees and costs involved in this course.


Patient Requirements:

 

  • Medical/ Dental history with a personal MD release
  • Completed Treatment Plan, both surgical and prosthetic
  • Pre paid surgical fees 1 week prior to appointment.  
    (No refunds. Exceptions are rescheduled with 1 week notice)
  • Signed patient release for student/ surgical participation and observance along with a photo/video release.
